CONTROL OF BOXING CONTESTS.
Sydney, January 19
The Wade Cabinet has decided to legislate next session for the control of all boxing contests. Stringent restrictions will be applied in the meantime.
The restriction of boxing proposed by the Government provides that gloves must w£igh not under six ounces, and that no in-fighting is to be allowed.
