The Wallabies beat Plymouth by five goals to a penalty goal and a try.
The game was arranged in acknowledgment of the Club's kindness to injured Australians while in the local hospital. The Welsh professionals beat the Leaguers by four tries and one goal— 14 points— to three tries and two goals 13 points. The game was played at Merthyr Tydvil, and the ground was in poor condition.
