RIVER COMMISSION REPORT.

And the Foxton Harbour. Mr Edward Newman M.P., has received a telegram from the Premier, stating that the report of the Manawatu river commission is now before Cabinet, and it cannot be published until it has been considered by Ministers in view of the important bearing oi this report on the Foxton Harbour Board scheme. Mr Newman is urging the Right Hon. the Premier to expedite the matter so that the report may be published- as early as possible.
