The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows : Hemp market weak, and inactive. Prices nominal; spot, good fair, ,£24 15s; fair, ,£22 15s ; fair current Manila, ,£24 15s ; January to March shipments, good fair, ,£24 10s; fair, £22 10s; last week’s Manila output, 25,000 bales.
