The High Commissioner cabled at noon yesterday as follows: — The hempi market is slightly weaker with less demand and business dtjdl, spot, good fair £2s 10s, fair 10s, fair current manila /J 4 10s, January-March shipraentaifgood fair 10s, fair £22 10s J last week’s manila output 21,000 bales.
