St. Petersburg, November 23. The Czar, looking extremely well, made his first appearance in the streets for several years, while attending the Grand Duke Alexis’ funeral. He walked behind the coffin from St. Nicholas station to the Fortress of Sts. Peter and Paul. Extraordinary precautions were taken for his safety. London, November 23.
