ELECTORAL LIBEL ACTION.
Carterton, November 16
Adam Armstrong, Returning Officer, has instructed his solicitor to issue a writ against the Dominion for libel, by a statement that he had written to Mr W. C. Buchanan, and that he could not accept the. scrutineers’ names submitted by that candidate, because the names had not been received in time for him to communicate with the deputy returning officers.
