ELECTION DAY FATALITY.
Dunedin, Nov. 17
A well-known contractor named Milton Daniel Allison was killed to-day near Waitahuna. He was driving the conveyance for the election, and it is supposed the horse slipped and stepped on Mr Allison’s face. The unfortunate man was found dead on the road, and one of the horse’s legs was broken.
