DRUIDISM.

The half yearly meeting of the Manawatu Lodge, No. 73, was held in the Good Templars Hall last night, 37 members were present. Two candidates were initiated and five more proposed. This Lodge is now 50 strong and 14 members have yet to be initiated, which will bring the total membership up to 64. The following outside Lodges were represented; Orona Lodge, Palmerston North, (Bro. Clark P. A.); Horowhenua Lodge, Levin, (Bro. Francis); Excelsior Lodge, Wellington (Bro. J. Berry). The visitors congratulated the Lodge on the rapid strides it had made, and complimented the officers for the manner in which they carried out their duties.
