High Commissioner s Report.
The High Commissioner cabled at noon yerterday as follows: Hemp market very uncertain, business dull, demand chiefly for prompt delivery; spot good fair, ,£26; fair ,£23 10s; fair current Manila, ,£24; November-Decem-ber shipments, good fair, £25 10s ; fair, £23 ; fair current Manila, ,£24. Last week’s Manila output 27,000 bales.
