FOXTON RACING CLUB.

A meeting of Stewards of the above club was held on Thursday night. Present: Messrs W. Barber (chair), C. and O. Robinson, C. Hunt, J. and A. Symons, W. Howan, Q. E. Austin and the Secretary (A. Keith). The minutes of the previous meeting were read and confirmed. On the motion of Messrs Hunt and J. Symons Mr Henrys was re-elected handicapper.—Messrs Neylon and Spriggins’ tender for working the totalisator at the, forthcoming meeting was accepted. —It was decided to effect certain repairs to the caretaker’s cottage. —lt was decided to adopt last year’s programme, which gave such satisfaction, this year.—Messrs J. Symons O. Austin, W. Howan and C. Hunt were elected a course com-tnjttee-,__Accounts were passed for payment and the advertising was left in the hands of the Secretary.
