AUCTION REPORT.
Mr Percy M. Page reports a good demand for produce at the following rates : —Seed potatoes 8s 6d, table potatoes 7s 6d, onions 14s, all per cwt; oats 3s 3d, wheat 5s 3d, partridge peas 4s gd, per bushel; parsnips 6s, carrots ss, cabbage 4s, cauliflower 6s, pollard 13s 6d, bran 7s 6d, oatin chaff ss, all per sack; mixed bonedust 7s 6d, blood manure Bs, garden manure 8s 6d per cwt, (sold in small quantities to suit buyers); tomato plants is 6d per dozen, cabbage and cauliflower plants is 6d per 100. On Saturday next at 3 p.ra. cauliflower and other vegetables will be offered at auction and if there is sufficient demand a regular supply will be submitted every Saturday. Good business has been done in mangel, rape, carrot, swede, turnip and other farm seeds, which can be seen. at the mart, and quotations obtained. I have also a special line of feed oats, oaten chaff, and potatoes, which I can quote very cheap for large quantities.
