The coloured pugilist, “Jack” Johnson, has signed a contract to fight to a finish the champion of the world, ” Tommy ” Burns. The conditions are that the fight is to take place after November 30th, in Australia, for a purse of £7OOO, the winner taking 60 per cent., and the loser 40 per cent.
