The residents of Foxton and district will have an opportunity seldom afforded them, of buying goods at their own prices from one of the best known firms in Australia, Messrs Richards and Co., merchants, of Melbourne, whose head New Zealand office is “ The Coliseum,” Napier. Messrs T. M. Bloor and Co., auctioneers, for the firm, will sell by auction at the Masonic Hall, Foxton, commencing on Tuesday next, at two o’clock, and the following days at 11 a.m., Irish linens, drapery, clothing, suitings, high-grade boots and shoes (of which illustrated catalogues can be had on application to the auctioneers). See the advertisement in another column. The goods are sold to public competitou, without the slightest reserve.*
