The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : —• Hemp market slightly weaker, with less demand ; spot good fair fair fair current Manila 1 os, October-December shipment, good fair fair fair current Manila .£23 10s, last week’s Manila output 24000 bales.
