THE OROUA SEAT.

By Telegraph—Special to Herald Feilding, This Day.

Fully five hundred people attended Mr Hornblow’s meeting last night, to hear an address by this candidate for the Oroua seat. As the speaker warmed up, he carried the meeting with him. At the conclusion a vote of thanks and confidence was carried. Mr Fitzherbert moved an amendment, but could not find a seconder. The motion was declared carried amidst great enthusiasm.
