RUNNING THE CUTTER.
Persons who arc in the habit of supplying liquor to prohibited persons take grave risks, as was evidenced at Wanganui. In the Magistrate’s Court there yesterday a man was fined £lO, in default two months’ imprisonment, for supplying liquor to a prohibited person. The Magistrate said he would always inflict the maximum penalty where it was proved that accused supplied the liquor knowing the recipient was a prohibited person.
