A Sentence of Three Years. Wellington, May 25, Albert Clarence Elliott, the Wellington bankrupt who recently went to Australia and afterwards returned and surrendered to the police at Auckland, was sentenced at the Supreme Court this evening to three years with hard labour for fraud and theft ; upon each of four charges, the sentences to be con-' current.
