The Government Nominee. Dunedin, May 8. Two hundred Tuapeka electors met at Alexander last night and decided to forward the following telegram to Sir Joseph Ward : “ This meeting of electors in the Northern portion of the Tuapeka electorate will not support any candidate at the hy-eleclion except James Horne, and strongly urge that he be selected as the Government nominee.”
