The No-License campaign has commenced so far as this electorate is concerned and a local League was formed last night. It is necessary at this juncture to state what part the Hekai.d will play on this question in order to avoid misunderstanding.
It would be manifestly unfair to cram Hie views of one party upon our readers, to the exclusion of the other. We have therefore decided to place a certain space of our advertising columns at the disposal of each parly, upon ecpial terms, so they can fight the battle, on an equal footing. We hope this course will meet with approval.
