McGill, £*3 ns 7d, costs £1 14s 6d; Watchorn, Stiles and Co. (Barnard) v. Amy Robinson, £2 5s Bd, costs ns ; R. N. Speirs (Reade) v. S. J. Hickson, £lO is, costs £1 los 6d ; Watchorn, Stiles and Co. (Barnard) v. Wm. Derrick, £6 is 9d, costs £1 6s 6d; In the case Alfred Wright v. P. J. Quirke. plaintiff's counsel was awarded additional fee £1 gs 6d, owing to no notice being received ; F. E. Jenks v. S. J. Hickson, £1 5s 6d, costs ss; R. H. Barber (Barnard) v. Young and Petley, ss, costs £2 18s ; E. Ball (Barnard) v. N, Canned, £\ 13s gd, costs 1 os; W. C. Howan (Barnard) v. Wm. Derrick, £lO is 8d ; costs £1 13s 6d.
