Released Conditionally. IyONDON, April 4. Uemoine, charged with swindling Sir Julius Weruher out of ,£64*000 by pretending that he can manufacture diamonds, has been released on condition that he proves within two mouths that he is able to manufacture diamonds. In ordering the Union of Uondon Smith’s Bank to produce Lemoine’s sealed packet, Sir Albert de Rutzen, at Bow Street Police Court, intimated that he was not empowered to enforce the order, but other steps would be taken if it were not obeyed and the bank declined to produce the packet.
