ARBITRATION COURT.

A Typographical Case. By Telegraph —Special to Herald Wanganui, This Day. The typographical case against the proprietor of the Mangaweka Settler, with reference to the employment of female labour, came on to-day before His Honor Judge Sim. The Department was represented by Mr LeCren, of Wellington, and Mr Hornblow conducted his own case. After a good deal of discussion on manors of importance to the printing trade, the Court suggested it advisable for the Department to go more fully into the matter, with a view of coming to an equitable decision, as there would be a probability of altering the present award. This course was mutually agreed upon.
