THE BLACKBALL STRIKE.
Grevmouth, March 13. The Arbitration Court gave its decision this morning. The Miners’ Union was fined for creating the strike. The charges against the Blackball Company of discharging men because they were unionists, and of causing a lock-out were dismissed. .
