Albion Football Club.

The adjourned annual meeting of the above was held in Mr Bird’s Family Hotel last night. Mr W. Bullard presided, and there were 20 members present. The following officers were elected: —Patron, Mr O. Robinson ; President, Mr C. E. Bird; Vice-Presidents ; —Drs Mandl and Adams, Messrs Symons, White, Hornblow, Baillie, M. H. Walker, E. Healey, Gardner, L. W. Wilson. A. E. Shadbolt, Rough, Perreau, C. T. Easton, Diamant, O. Barber ; Captain, Momo ; ViceCaptain, Frankland; Secretary, P. T. Robinson ; Selection Committee, Messrs Dickstm, Robinson, and Puti; coaches, Messrs Hornblow and Robinson; General Committee, Messrs Dickson, Cook, Osboldstone, Puti and Bullard. It was decided to open the season with a fancy dress football match on April 4th. Resolved to send two teams to compete in the seven-a-side tournament at Palmerston North on March 18th. The following teams were selected : A Team. —Momo, Bird, Meadows, Rore, Hunt, Osboldstone and Fee ; B Team.—K. and R. Perawiti, A. Cook, Puti, Williams, Hukiki, and Broughton ; emeig.: Koro, Tupou, J. Walker, and W. Cook. A practice will be held on Saturday afternoon. The meeting then terminated with a vote of thanks to the chair, and to Mr Bird for the use of room.
