U London, March 6. # Unless a medical report as to f the condition of Robert Caldwell, Ir a witness in the Druce case, who is I charged with perjury, is forthcoming before March 18, Mr Fox, attorney to the British Consul in New York, will test the validity of \ Judge Clark’s order in sending Caldwell to an asylum. Margaret Hamilton, arrested on a charge of perjury in connection with the Druce case, has been remanded.
