Teheran, Dec. 18. A thousand roughs joined the reactionaries at Teheran, and committed several murders. Ten thousand Nationalists erected barricades round Parliament Buildings. The Shah sent two courtiers suggesting an adjustment of Parliament’s reply to demands for the exile of two reactionary ringleaders.
