There was lying in the bank this day at the credit of the Council District Fund Account .£277 16s Bd, and Shannon Bridge Account £4BO 2s 6d. These amounts include the amounts to be passed for payment to-night. Councillors are requested to note the small balance to credit of General account (£l9 IS id only), and three more monthlj' pay sheets to be met before the end of the financial year. All the rates are collected except about £2O for which summonses have been issued—and receipts from other sources are unlikely to exceed £IOO, so it must be apparent to everyone that the most rigid economy must be enforced till 31st March next.
