TROUBLE ON THE ALGERIAN FRONTIER.
Tangier, Nov. 30. Two Algerian tribes of Moorish origin at Kiss, a frontier district, have joined the Moorish rebels. Morocco, Dec. 1. A severe attack was made on Friday by Arabs on a French force at Menasseb, in the Kiss district, but was repulsed by the troops. Over three hundred Moors were killed, and five hundred wounded, while the only loss on the French side was one trumpeter killed.
