Hide aud Skin Report. Dalgely and Company, Limited, Wellington, report having hold their usual fintnighlly sale of skins and hides this afternoon. The skin market showed a dm)) o( from Ld lf> V ; id peril) all round in sympathy with advices received from London. Hides were linn at prices ruling at, last sale rates. We quote: — Sheepskins : Halfhred, g'/jd ; fine crossbred, .S'/.d ; hoggets, 7V\ d : inferior and dead, 5 'od to butchers’ green, 7s 6d to Ss 3d. Lambs green, fid to xod ; salted, rs ad. Hides, Ox-heavy, 6 ‘/sd to fisad per lb ; medium, s>B to s£. Cowsheavy, 3d to 5->8 ; medium, 4%d to 4J4L Calf-sound, fid to fi-Lad. Tallow, In casks, £26 to £26 ; xos per ton.
