CORRESPONDENCE.

We do not hold ourselves responsible for opinions expressed by oup correspondents. To the Editor. Sir, —If you could spare me a little space of your valuable paper, I would like to ask you if you think it right to drill the school children out in the hot sun for a length of time, on such a hot day as it was to-day, without their hats on, and not to be allowed to put a hat on. I never allow my children out of doors without hats on, and think it very dangerous. The previous school master was most particular to see that the children kept hats on. Do you think it right to the children ? Thanking you kindly for your valuable space,—l am, etc., An Anxious Mother. Foxton, Nov. Bth, 1907.
