Acceptances close on ground 30 minutes before advertised time of starting each event. . RULES AND REGFLATIONS. Cycling events run under League of N. Wheelman’s Rules. Other events run under rules of N.Z. Athletic Tin ion. No nomination will be accepted on any account, without proper entrance fees, and statement of all public performanccs for past two years (matches included); if not any. the last live performances to be given. All competitors must be on their marks at the appointed time for each event, and anyone not answering to the starter’s call may be disqualified. Three competitors to start, or no first przie ; four, or no second; five or no third. The Committee may require any competitor to prove his identity further than by declaration should they think fit to do so, and will reserve the right to stike out any event should there
