AUSTRALIAN, NOT FRENCH, BURGUNDY.

The Wine and Spirit Association is prosecuting a Kensington tradesman for selling as Burgundy a bottle of “Key of’Burgundy,” which is an Australian arcticle, not the product of the French Burgundy district. The labels contained no reference to Australia.
The proprietors of “ Key of Kegstone ’ ’ brand said they proposed before the prosecution started to have a certificate from the South Australian Government Analyst printed on the labels. The case was adjourned.
