Conflicting Evidence Regarding a Corpse.
London, October 12, George Druce has obtained a summons against Herbert Druce, charging him with perjury in swearing that be saw Thomas Charles Druce, his father, dead in a coffin, in December, 1864. Counsel said a number of witnesses had deposed that they saw Druce alive many 3’ears later. The summons is returnable in a fortnight
