• r~ Antique Valuables Taken. Paris, October 9. Antoine Thomas, a merchant of Clermont-Ferrand, has been arrested, and confessed that he has been engaged in systematic robbery of antique valuables from French churches. He alleges ttat many of the clergy connived at the robberies.
