BAZAAR.
The bazaar in connection with, the Methodist Church will be held in the Public Hall to-morrow and Thursday. There will be a very nice display of plain goods; a splendid show of fancy goods, including worked and painted cushions, panels, and other articles of fancy work. A Christmas tree with a good assortment of toys for the young people will be provided, also a bran tub, A lollie stall with a choice selection of lollies will be a part of the bazaar. Refreshment rooms at which tea and supper will be served, will be provided. There will be various sideshows including shooting gallery and post and telegraph department. Competitions will also be held. The hall will be decorated as a garden. On Wednesday evening a programme of musical items, etc.,will be provided. The orchestra will pla}" selections. Mr Hoar of Palmerston and Mr Walker will sing. Mr Eongworth will give a display of gymnastic exercises. The bazaar will be opened at 3 o’clock by J. Stevens Esq. M.H.R. Admission is.
