A REPLY.
To the Editor. Sir, —I am not in the habit of replying to anonymous scribblers such as Glory Hole, but if he will in his next effusion sign his proper name, he might get enlightened on the subject, the account being a perfectly legal one. Coming now to Disgusted’s letter, I think it is very probable that the Hall will be taken as suggested. The price of admission will be 10s 6d, half the proceeds to go to the Band, and the other half to the Athletic Park. As ink seems scarce with Disgusted, he is at liberty to call on any of the stationers, and get a bottle at my expense.—Yours etc., George Coeey. Foxton, August 17.
