Sensational Developments. New York, July 13 It is said he is an officer. His papers included plans of everything useful in the event of an attack on the Pacific Coast, including one of the mine field in the harbour. A Japanese servant was also arrested, having prints in his possession. There is intense feeling at San Diego. The Japanese quarters are threatened, and thousands of Japanese labourers on the railways and lemon groves are pouring into the city to resist in the event of an attack. The newspapers at San Francisco state that marines stationed in the valleys threaten to expel the Japanese residents from the town. :
