WATCHORN STILES AND CO’S.
Half Yearly Sale.
On Thursday next will commence Messrs Watchorn, Stiles and Co.’s half-yearly sale. This event has now become a very important feature to residents of Foxton and surrounding districts. From past experience when this firm announces a sale, it is managed in no half-hearted fashion, but goods are sacrificed according to their several needs, and purchasers may look forward to securing many a bargain, always provided they do not delay their purchases too long. A good display of trimmed millinery is to be sold at considerably under halfprices, and heads of families are reminded that colonial blankets, although risen considerably in price are to be retailed at absolutely absurd prices. We trust that this enterprising firm may secure the support they merit, and we are quite sure there is no need for residents to go outside the place to get good honest value.
