EDUCATION BOARD NOMINATIONS.

In the forthcoming Education Board election, Mr Carson, the sitting member for the Northern Ward is opposed by W. C. Cargill, F. A. Bridge and W. White. In the middle Ward Mr Guthrie, the sitting member, is being opposed by B. F. Pethbridge, and in the Southern Ward Mr Alf Fraser has been re-elected without opposition.
