To the Editor. Sir, —Re the,'case in whic^ 1 Jane Waldie was'arrested for vagrancy, Constable Dixon in his evidence said she was accommodated at Ranfurly House. She did get a bed at my place, but without my knowledge. Being after ten o’clock, I had gone to bed and left my son to lock up, and it was he who gave her the bed.
