DISTRESS IN FRANCE.
Rioting at Boilers. Paris, May 20. Over-planting of vineyards in the South of France., and adulteration in other centres, have caused much local distress. Some rioting took place, and the town hall of Beziers was burnt because the Mayor obstructed a demonstration.
