LIMITATIONS OF ARMAMENTS.
Madrid, April 4. Spain supports Britain’s intention to introduce the question of limitation of armaments sufficiently early during the Hague Peace Conference to enabli it to be discussed. London, April 4. The Times Madrid correspondent reports that the approaching meeting of King Edward and King Alfonso at Carhagena has elicited from statesmen and the newspapers friendly expressions of sympathy, especially toward Biitain’s policy regarding the limitation of.armaments.
