Railway Passenger Heavily Fined. By Telegraph—Special to Herald. Palmerston, This Afternoon. At the Police Court this morning Mr A. Thompson, S.M., inflicted a fine of and costs ns on a man named H. Field, who pleaded guilty to using indecent language in a railway train between Marton and Feilding on February 12th last.
