FOXTON BUILDING SOCIETY.
A meeting of directors of the above was held last night. Present. — Messrs Hennessy (chairman), Alex. Ross, Morgan and the Secretary.
Mr Alf. Eraser was appointed auditor. The Chairman and Messrs Ross and Morgan were authorised to sign the rules which were adopted*
Several of the rules were amended and portions struck out. After other matters of minor importance had been discussed, the meeting rose.
