The Terrace IJnd School Committee last night expressed very strong disapproval pf.tiie action of the Wanganui laudation fibdrd rb frequently removing competent teachers and putting novices in' their places.» The . Chairman explained that such dislocation of school work was likely to continue until the Training College was in going order. The Committee finally decided to forward a resolution ,of protest to the Board on the subject.
