The Webb-Towns Challenge.
Sydney, March 9. It is understood that George Towns is writing to Webb, of Wanganui, by to-day’s mail, and will inform him that he (Towns) is willing to row in New Zealand, provided that Webb conforms with the usual championship conditions.
