IMPERIAL CONFERENCE.

London, March 7. The Nineteen Hundred Club will entertain the colonial Premiers at dinner in the Albert Hall on April 18th. There will be about two thousand guests, including many ladies. Speaking in the House of Commons, Sir Henry Campbell-Ban-nerman informed Mr HennikerHeaton that to invite the colonial Premier to address the House of Commons from the Bar of the House or in the Chamber itself, would be contrary to precedent and usages. It was not possible, nor was it expedient, to accede to the suggestion.
