Theatre Attendant’s Evidence.
New York, February 7. Evidence was called in the Thaw trial to show that Thaw’s demeanour was irrational at the moment of the tragedy. Boman, stage door-keeper at the theatre where the murder was committed, testified that in December, 1903. Stanford White threatened to kill Thaw. The witness informed the police and Thaw. The prosecution has now subpoenaed Boman to prevent his quitting the jurisdiction of the Court.
