On Monday Doan Fitehctt will move in (In' Anglican Fynod the second reading of a liill to give the Primate the title, of Archbishop of New Zealand. The Bishop of Watapit moved (lie .second readingof it bill to provide for the appointment of coadjutor Bishops. After discussion the motion was defeated on voices.
